ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Embracelets. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we offer the following refund options:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, let us know within 14 days of delivery. We’ll promptly correct the error or provide a refund.

Change of Mind: For undamaged products, you can return them within 14 days of receiving the order. Simply send back the item with its original accessories and packaging, along with the original receipt (or gift receipt). We’ll offer a refund based on the original payment method.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it’s in its original condition.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the item is received and approved.
If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. For other payment methods, we’ll coordinate the refund accordingly.
RETURN SHIPPING COST
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged item, incorrect order), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fees.
